I've been going in and out of could Ketosis ! Sometimes the stick is purple sometimes it's trace and sometimes negative! I count carbs as well as calories! I don't know why this is happening!

Some of us spill more ketones into our urine than others. I'm another who rarely goes above trace unless I haven't eaten for 24 hours. If you are keeping carbs low (below 50g) your primary fuel is ketones.

Lol I'm very low carb most days with exercise and I, like @nvmomketo, end up with trace amounts.
But my hunger is under control and my energy levels are stable. I'm sleeping well and feel good.
So what does that tell you?
Those strips are not indicative of being in ketosis.3
