Hey guys. I've had quite a few people take advantage of this offer, but haven't heard any feedback yet. I'd love to hear from some of you - good or bad.0

I just downloaded this (thanks!) and have a question about weekly progression. I see the percentages for "the big three" and assume those would be what I'd start with in week 1, but what about weeks 2-4? What's your recommendation for weekly progression for those lifts?0

Good question. Your percentages should be pretty close to week 1. Obviously, if you can reach the target number of reps and feel like you can do more, you should add weight to the exercise.0 -
I have had close to a 100 people download this from me, but haven't heard anything back from anyone. I would love to hear some feedback...0

I blew out my back and can't lift, but it looked solid. Sorry, I'm no help.0
