Need input!

My goal is to fit into a dress I recently bought for my daughter's wedding. Need to lose 1 inch off my stomach area, and some off my thighs. Bottom line is that I need to firm up the 2 areas to fit into the dress without having to wear...here comes the four letter word - SPANX!!!!

Only 11 weeks to accomplish this goal.

Here is my dilemma....

At the beginning of the year I was using the CLX program but didn’t feel that I was getting enough cardio. I got desperate because I need to lose weight so I switched to Insanity but 2/3 input the program I hurt my left knee, and realized that I lost body mass on my upper body. Because of this, last week I decided to start with Phase 2 of JMBR to regain and tone up my upper body (shoulders and arms).

Now I'm doubting my decision.

Should I continue with JMBR for the next 7 weeks, and CLX for the last 4 weeks?

OR

Should I do the hybrid of CLX/??? for the entire 11 weeks? Possibly use Insanity or JMBR for cardio…

Any input would be appreciated...what would you do if you were getting ready for your daughter’s wedding?

    OK... Pre- Body Revolution i was between a UK10 and UK 12 pants size. It was quite frustrating because 10's were a little too tight for comfort for me, but 12's had begun to gape. I was hoping that BR would help me skim an inch or two off and help me get into my 10's but even after completing the full 90 days they were still too snug.

    I moved onto Turbofire...and guess what??

    5 weeks in and my 10's fitted like a dream, although as i'm in maintenance, my weight remained unchanged! This is quite an achievement for me as i'm working on reducing my BF%, so this shows that i'm doing something right!

    Turbofire is mix of high intensity cardio (that has a dancey/kickbox feel with a great soundtrack), resistance (using a resistance band and lower body band) and extended stretches. Of all the programs i have done so far this is by far my favourite, closely followed by 6 week 6 pack. I got great results with six pack - there is a pic in my profile if you would like to check it out...level 2 was especially effective.

    CLX looks like a brilliant program, i have this too - and plan on doing it in the very near future.

    Will have to keep Turbo Fire in mind for my next purchase, currently funds are tight due to the wedding so cannot look into purchasing another program.

    I've had good results with JMBR...last year I went down 1 1/2 pant size...for me the combination of weights and cardio seem to work for my age/body type.

    Because of my past experience, decided to use Phase 2 and 3 but increase my weights. I'm also going to substitute the cardio with Insanity (try to use one that won't hurt my knee). After Phase 3 I will immediately start CLX and also continue to substitute the cardio with Insanity.

    I feel this will give me the cardio and weights I need to tone my lower body.

    Keeping fingers crossed!!!!
