This week I am joining a challenge with a friend and thought I would invite you along. There are 3 daily goals for this challenge.

1. Set a daily step goal, you can always increase but not decrease as the challenge progresses.
2. Drink at least 10 cups of water a day
3. Track everything that crosses your lips, the good, the bad and the ugly.

I'm starting out with at least 8000 steps a day, 10 cups of water and tracking everything that crosses my lips. I will be doing this for a month.

Who's in?

We will chart our daily/weekly progress below!

So far I've gotten my water and the 8000 steps in each day. But I haven't completely logged my food. Today is a new day.

    Day 3
    12 cups water
    10,365 steps
    Food logged

    Day 4
    6 cups water boooo
    8955 steps
    Food logged

Really should not have had 2 coffees and 2 diet cokes today. That made me not want to drink my water.

I've gotten steps and water each day, but calorie logging is what I'm still having issues with.

Day 5 was great, with over 15,000 steps, day 6 and 7 were not good. Back on track now!
