Hello! Getting ready for my upcoming trip to Walt Disney World and wanted to see if you guys have any suggestions for a successful week there? Besides the normal stick to meat and veggies basics. Anyone who's been and succeeded would quite grateful to hear how you enjoyed yourself specifically (restaurants/dishes) and still stayed low carb. Thanks for any ideas.

I usually get a big plate at breakfast in the cafeteria, then mostly skip lunch or just have something light like a small salad because we are walking so much I don't want to be too full, then try to go somewhere more sit-down for dinner...all the cafeterias have some kind of egg and meat breakfast plate, it usually comes with carby stuff too, but I just give that to someone else or stick it in the room refrigerator for later for someone else...pretty much everywhere has some kind of salad and all the sit down places have some kind of meat and veggies...I'm not much of an after dinner snacker, but my family is so we just made sure to have yogurt and fruit and stuff in the room refrigerator...

Disney is usually a place I can lose quite a bit of weight because between the parks and the pools the whole day is constant activity.

We are going in two weeks! Can't wait! The ABC Commissary at Hollywood Studios is my favorite healthy dinner spot--and you can use your Disney quick service credits. Last year I got the grilled salmon with steamed veggie meal and my husband had the steak! Also the Be Our Guest restaurant has healthy choices, but it's pricey. For breakfast, I was able to get a plate of eggs and sausages with strawberries.
