My goals were:
Learn to use our TRX system for strength training. Had 1/1 with TRX trainer, began using my TRX system at home will be taking classes next month to get beyond basic moves. Love how this makes me feel when I am finished, not so much when doing it.
Get into the 150s this month. DONE!!!
Get my daily steps average back to 10K. Weekly average is there but some days way too few steps. I did get a new Charge2, because my old one stopped keeping track of my HR, one of the main reasons I won a Fitbit.2 -
Finally getting to post... I averaged 12,439/steps a day in Sept so I met my goal of 12,000 steps a day. I also set a weight goal of 5# for September and knew that would be the harder challenge. My weight loss is super slow since i started LCHF. I lost 6# for the month!!!2
