Welcome to the Clean Room!
Did you stray from your plan? Have a cheeseburger or a whole meal on the way home to dinner? Finish off the rest the pizza that was intended for lunch the next day? Did getting a small snack turn into a meal's worth of calories? Did you let loose for a day and it turned into a weekend or a week?
Here is your chance to come clean and move on down the road. As Mr. Slim used to say, "what is posted here, stays here. Hear, hear?"

According to my home scale, I have weighed the exact same amount, to the tenth of a pound for five days in a row. I do not weigh at exactly the same time every morning. Still not sure how this is happening. I have even weighed at night to make sure that the scale actually gives a different reading.
On Saturday night, DW ordered dinner in for us and we each probably had >1,000 calories. I did not track it, but apparently, my body is stuck at this one weight anyway...0 -
I blew thru my weekly points allotment my first day (last Friday) of my WW week by eating chocolate, along with a heavy point meal. I decided not to track it since I did not want to see negative numbers during the week. I did great and mid week check showed a loss. Then I travelled for work, did great most of the time and then on the way home had a 27 point lunch (ice cream for dessert was the main problem) - this time I tracked but not sure I was really hitting the right numbers for the rest of the day that I had to estimate because I did not cook the food. Still not in the negative and tomorrow my new week starts and today I am still lower than I was at last WI..so there is that.0
