Asian Pork Meatballs

Mix all these ingredients together and form into balls, then fry while making the sauce (that's fresh ginger crushed btw):

Mix these ingredients together then pour over meatballs when they are almost done (to heat through):

Serve with your fav side. I like it on a bed of steamed zoodles for a super low cal option. Serves 2.
