Dissolve gelatine and coffee in 2 cups of boiling water then add cream and whisk or stick blend until fully mixed. Pour into mini muffin silicon tray and chill until set. You end up with 2 layer (cream/coffee) gummies :)

    This sounds great and super easy. Am going to try it for sure! I might even tweak it a little by adding some protein.
