It's making me miss fruit and veggies. And I never thought I'd say that...Lol, but the produce section looks very tempting.
This coming from someone who used to walk right past it to the candy isle.

Why aren't you eating produce? There's plenty of room in a low carb diet (mine is 20-40 carbs) for quite a lot of veggies and berries. You know you can delete the fiber carbs.
I do think my opinion of produce has changed thanks to LCHF tho. I look forward to it a lot more mentally than I used to. I think my body knows it's where I get my carbs! There's no tricking nature.1 -

Not actual potatoes... But squashes, beetroot, carrots ect. Also, all the fruits.0 -
I feel the same way. Persimmons are coming into season, and I've decided to go off my diet one day and devote all that day's calories to persimmons, squash, and apples.0

Where I live... Mangos, papayas, watermelons, cantaloupes, bananas, kiwis, pineapples... Le sigh...
And the roadside stands are full of cheap veg, all root veg and higher carb veg.
This is new for me though. Pre-low carb I never used to crave fruit and veg. Really odd. I used to walk right past it without thinking twice.0
