    Hi all :)

    Goal for October is exercise 4 times a week and drop 2 lbs. I'm slowly amping up my exercise routine, one work out at a time.

    We learn something even on the bad days / weeks. All of it moves us forward even if we can't see it yet. We "will" get there!

    Heyyy!!! I'm new to this group. I'm excited for this post because I could really use some accountability in this app. I just did a week cleanse and this week I am getting back on my clean eating habits. I want to lose between 5 and 10 lbs this month. I am the heaviest I've been for the second time in my life and ready to get back to my real self.

    Hi I'm new as well :)

    Height: 161 cm / 5ft 3.5 inches
    CW: 125lb / 57kg
    Goal weight: 115lb / 52 kg

    The goal weight is a guideline for me, but TBH I'm not as concerned about weight as much as what my body looks like. Muscle weighs more than fat, and I'm working out more nowadays so I'm expecting to see some muscle gain. Also, people wear fat differently so it's really all down to when I can get a more flat belly and be happy with how I look :)

    Hey! I am the same way. I always gain weight before I lose fat and have always had a higher lb weight but don't "look" it. I'm glad you pointed that out

    That's crazy! I fractured my foot about 4 weeks ago!!! I stuck to a meal plan, logged everything, and with no exercise actually lost 2 lbs this week. I think the secret was very low simple carbs and refined sugar. Considering I went on a cheesecake factory cheesecake binge the week prior. LOL

    Hello everyone! I had a bad week, I was so busy, I only worked out 2x this week and I eat too much, above my mantaince :( but at least my weight didnt change too much.

    Height: 162cm (5ft 3.5)
    October goals: 54kg (119lbs) and try to workout at 4x a week
    UGW: 52kg (116lbs)

    ok i failed myself in the september challenge. i was just starting back and apparently wasn't ready to fully commit. but i can feel it now ;)

    Update - Definitely under 140 and faster than I thought - going to make sure I take the weight loss as slow as possible so I don't gain it back. Raising my calorie goal and not subtracting workout calories so I don't get to the starving point and binge. Workouts are going well, still excited for the 50x daily milestone in two weeks!

    Great job! You're an inspiration to me, I am trying my best. I don't eat my calories back either but still eat at least 1200 a day.

    I had made a personal October goal and when I saw this I thought "yes, I'm not alone". My goal is too lose 5lbs by 10/21. I'm already down 2lbs. :)

    Okay, I have until Feb 1st to drop the 30 lbs I've gained since getting off the pill. Husband gets home from Deployment and I will not disappoint!

    Hey! I'd like to join too! I'm trying to be realistic with my goals so as not to be disappointed when I don't hit them lol. I'd like to get to 134 by the end of this month the 31st! I think that's reasonable lol. I'm trying to go to the gym everyday; strength training and moderate cardio. 1400 cals/day. And I just decided I won't weigh myself till the 1st of September! I weighed myself today and I am 136.6lbs.
