The Power of Knowing Why

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, you are required to make a decision...whether to make it to the gym, or not. On the high-energy days the decision is easy. On the low-energy days,

-you might over think things
-debate with your self
-attach too much pain (real or imagined)

and decide it's not worth the effort. However, it is the low energy days that you need to be in the gym....because you always feel better afterwards because action gets results.

Hint for the low-energy days: Know WHY you are doing Strong Compass...

-What are you hoping to get from Strong Compass?
-How will you massively benefit from actively participating in Strong Compass?
-How much pain will you experience if don't participate and continue to do more of the same?

When your "why" is compelling enough, you will do whatever it takes to show up....otherwise, you are making excuses....let me close with one more question:

-What is the maximum effective range of an excuse?

ZERO METERS!

Stop justifying and simply existing….execute and live with passion!

Cheers!
