Total Week 1 - 26.51 miles and 2 days over 10,000 steps.
Oct 9 - 3.12 miles and lots of company, even managed to control my eating!!
Oct 10 - 4.76 miles - 10476 steps (3/10)
Oct 11 - 1.38 miles ..... too cold to take the grandkids outside
Oct 12 - 4.05 miles
Oct 13 - 2.43 miles
Oct 14 - 2.33 miles
Oct 15 - 3.71 miles
Okay!! I didn't make it outside - I wanted to move some more of my scrapbook room downstairs to its new location so I started on that while I waited for a couple of phone calls..... then my brother showed up with a "little" typing job!! NOT it is 48 pages of operating policy to formatted and worded properly.
Then off to a wedding dance and didn't do enough dancing!! And ate some wrong things - I have a really bad headache today.
Sorry for the rant....just a little frustrated lately!!0 -

Too much sitting on my butt type of work!! Not sure - or the 14 inches of wet snow might have something to do with it too ...Let's see what other excuse can I come up with?
So we purchased a new TV - a Smart TV to be exact!! I played with the You tube videos last night and found the Leslie Sansone videos. I will have to work on that ...the video was from 2001 - a good workout and I shouldn't really worry about the grainy fuzzy view and just be happy I made some steps.
