For reasons only they might be able to explain, effective today, Garmin has started calculating BMR at approximately 90% of Mifflin - St Jeor as opposed to 110% in the recent past. For example, my weight was stable between Thursday and Friday but my Garmin BMR estimate dropped from 1,771 to 1,433.
