    @2020pinktogo -- At least you got some practice using the "old school" banking techniques. I hope you never have to use them! Sounds like you looked quite festive today.

    @1skholloway -- Ugh, I hope you really start to feel better soon. It's a bummer to be so tired all the time. At least you got some cute boots and jeans. :-) Hope you got some rest today and some work done. I'm sure it's frustrating for you; sounds like you are used to being a busy person.

    @NewOR2015 -- Hey! How have you been? Hope you had a nice Halloween.

    Today is day #8 on my 1200-1300 cal diet. I am starting to get a little bored with my food, so I'll have to mix it up somehow. I am surprised by how not-hungry I am. I'm still having my meals and snacks as planned, but now I'm not starving for them nor am I counting down the minutes until I can eat again. Very weird for me. Well, only 22 more days. I'm glad I'll be done with this before Thanksgiving!

    I was sent home yesterday after my training session because of low blood pressure and afew dizzy spells. Wolverine instructed me to take the rest of the day easy. It really doesn't fit with my plans as I am in abunch of challenges on here and was having fun pushing hard and working on my fitness. I know he understands that and is only doing this for my own good. Hoping today is better...

    @NewOR2015 well my gap is very small and it may not actually be cconsidered a gap. Let's put it this way, my thighs don't touch anymore when I walk. Whatever you want to call it, I was happy to have it. Btw, new month starts tomorrow so a new thread will be starting.

    @JanolaBarbara I find that eating 1200-1300 calories a day is quite bearable. I don't starve eating that amount. It's a matter of getting used to it and learning how to budget your calories.

    @CaptainBoing I am so sorry that you didn't feel well yesterday! You are such an active person I can imagine being sent home and told to rest was a big disappointment for you. I hope you feel better very soon and the problems don't continue.

    Well I made a decision the smaller branch is so laid back I prefer the main one. LOL I really need structure. they are so laid back and I 'm reading the wall and Ok they assign someone to bake for each others b-days and buy each other gifts and they also write down what they all want. Ok I go to work because I need to work not to go to lunch together and buy matching halloween costumes. yes they all wore a theme. LOL they are a hoot to work with but I really like structure. Have a great day everyone!!! Hope everyone is feeling better.
