This week looks better. Sleeping better, eating better and being more active.

This week's goals:
1. Sleep 7 to 8 hours per night
2. Eat only real foods (no processed)
3. Exercise 5 of 7 days
4. Completely clean/organize my home office

@JMarcella57 looks like a list I could do too. ;)
I put away my clothes and kept out only the stuff that's warm. Yes I am too that point
continue to think positive and stay focused.
I was really happy and content with myself til I realized according to the BMI I am still overweight by a 1.5 lbs I was kind of like WTH. I really like where I am at but if you go by the Chart I'm not at a healthy weight yet.

I don't know what I am going to do. I will see what happens and take it day by day.

Last week wasn't a bad week, but didn't go according to plan, so new week!

    Goals:

    (1) Actually log and stick within my weekly calories.
    (2) Hit all my workouts.
    (3) If I'm tempted to snack between meals (other than a planned snack), journal first and try to be mindful about what's up.
    (4) Check in at the challenge daily.

Weight loss slowed down, only lost a half pound last week, but it's still progress!

    This week's goals:
    1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. I think I'm not drinking enough at work...
    2. Preplan some meals, getting bored with what I throw together last minute!
    3. Up my exercise. I need to be more purposeful and try to break a sweat!

Did well on logging and eating yesterday, not so well on working out, so switched things around to make it my rest day. Better today!

This week is already crazy! I cashiered in our concession stand on Monday, work my p/t job on Tues/Thurs and have to find a replacement futon frame this evening (Weds.) It's a good thing I'm walking all over because I'm not real motivated to exercise, just praying to get enough sleep!

I need an evening at home, with both of my kids to unbury our living room! We've got boxes and bags for Goodwill, tufts of shedding dog hair, food wrappers and cups, and dirty laundry. My teenage boys have apparently forgotten what hampers and trash cans are for...

I'm gonna go drink some water, that I CAN control!

Haven't done too much this week. Been paying too much attention to Hurricane Matthew and seeing what I need to do. My main goal is to try not to gain too much and not eat any junk food. Looking for the power to be out this weekend which will make things interesting.

    How'd it go?

I did well last week getting back into my workout schedule, although it's modified due to my stupid tendon injury and PT for that (which always seems so exhausting). Not logging consistently and didn't eat so well this weekend! (New bakery opened near me a while ago that is only open on the weekend, and I finally tried it. Also went out twice.) On the other hand, met up on Saturday with some friends running the marathon and had dinner with them, but at least I did not actually justify carb loading myself (all I did on Sunday was swim for an hour). ;-)
