Hello everyone! I am new to the group, been using MFP for a while, but I'm totally new to the community. I have a genetic collagen deficiency which causes lots of knee problems, I've had 2 surgeries to fix a worthless ligament that caused my knee cap to dislocate regularly. The last one was in February, and I'm just now getting back into going to the gym. I still have a lot of rehab to do but I'm optimistic!
