Keep your carbs super low and your fat super high.
How long were you LC before the binge? You may need extra sodium for a few days!
Lowering the carbs and raising the fat helps with cravings.

@SuperCarLori, binge started on Saturday until yesterday! :( Is it okay to have bulletproof coffee with heavy cream, torani, 1 splenda? How would you recommend upping the sodium? Shall I try to stay under 10 carbs a day?

Since you've been low carb that long a couple days really shouldn't have too big of an impact. You should be able to go right back to what you were doing with no real need to go lower carb than you were before. What is your typical carb goal?

Don't count calories, eat lots of fat to keep yourself feeling good. I'd try to keep net carbs under 20g if I could. Lots of sodium (maybe even potassium). Drink beef/chicken broth if you can, it has a ton of sodium. Sometimes I even add potassium salt to mine. It's salty as all hell but it does the trick. Bulletproof coffee is a great way to get fats in, I assume the torani is the sugar free version, if so then that's perfect! If you're craving something sweet, maybe do a fat bomb? I used to make one with cream cheese, cocoa, erythritol (powdered swerve), whipping cream and vanilla. Chocolate cheesecake mousse. So good!

You should be fine with that time under your belt. I'd still recommend keeping carbs at a minimum. At least that worked for me. Don't be surprised if the scale shoots up or even steadily creeps up, it happened to me! I just toughed my way through it. And if you're not experiencing headache or keto flu, your sodium is probably fine.
Then again, who am I? I can just share from my experience. :)

@Cadori,@Kimo159. My net carbs are set for 20g or lower daily. Thank you all for the advice. I plan to drink some chicken broth as well.

You're going to be just fine. Just get back on that train and keep on chugging! :) Start off as you plan to finish. Not sure where I read that, but it's apt. :)
