Didn't mean to disappear yesterday...

I've got a hurricane staring me in the face, and am a bit distracted.

My scale is lying to me. Yesterday morning it said I weighed 210.2. Yesterday evening, it said 265.3 (!!!!). This morning it says 194.8

    Wow. Yeah I fired my scale a couple of weeks into my WW weight loss program for the same reason. A friend of mine got me into the same professional scale our WW meetings use and now I have zippo excuses. I bought it as I got closer to goal knowing I would do daily weighings but look at my average weight to see the trends.

    Apparently one of my cats had jammed one of their soft toys under the scale so it wasn't reading consistently. This has been rectified. I still don't like what the scale is telling me.

    Nice! I should have checked my old scale for kitty toys before buying a new one maybe.
