This week's WT lesson is really good, it is about marriage mates and how we should treat each other. I appreciated this reminder as I ponder over my relationship and how I deal with stress and food's role in the whole ordeal. I can see how my body can get a double wammy from 1. the stress hormone which causes weight gain and 2. how I deal with stress in the foods and times I eat. By applying Bible guidance, we can reduce the amount of stress in our lives.
