Introduction

Heard about this on the podcast, thought I'd join up. In January I was 299, probably more but I didn't weigh myself very often. I'm down to 240, but I've been hovering there for about a month now,plus or minus 2 pounds. Can't seem to get to the gym more regularly. Maybe this group is what I need.
