I'm craving waffles.
I want a very specific waffle.
It's a waffle with ice cream and a melted chocolate bar.
And it's full of carbs.
I can't make a substitute because I don't have a waffle iron, nor do I have ingredients for low carb ice cream, or for a chocolate bar. So what I did was drink some salty *kitten* water, and I ate my dinner. So now it's 15:53 and I've eaten all my calories for the day. Lovely.
On another note. I upped my carbs for working out to about 96g a day. And just figured out that I'm still considered low carb instead of LowER carb, when you take into account that 27-40g of those carbs are burned through exercise (they are timed around my workouts), AND 20g of them are indigestible fibre. That gives me a net carb count of <50g.
I'm a little slow I figured that out earlier today when I couldn't understand why I still needed ketoade.

I'm at 100...ish...and I still need the ketoade as well. 25g fiber and teh workouts...

Now the only problem is that I'm hoping my afternoon dinner will last me the rest of the day. Lol darn cravings.0

@Shadowmf023 - there are recipes on line to make your own homemade carb quick. i'll try to remember to unearth one of you next week if no one beats me to it.0

There are other recipes I found for waffles... Made with egg whites and some other things I have in the house. It's the things for the ice cream and chocolate bars I don't have. But oh well. Hopefully the craving passes.0

If you have eggs and stuff to make BPC, you can make ice cream. BP Ice cream is google. Cocoa powder and Coconut oil can be used to make keto fudge...0
