Garlic Chicken Recipe (yields 4 servings)

2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grate Parmesan cheese
4 skinless chicken breast halves



Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavors. In a desperate dish, come one bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breasts in the garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish.


Bake in preheated over for 30-35 minutes until no longer pink, and juices run clear.

    I have used this recipe for years! It's delicious and always a hit with company. You can save calories by dipping the chicken breasts in egg white instead of olive oil, but of course, you do loose some of the flavor and the olive oil helps keep the chicken breasts moist.
