Well that sucked

I felt great with my walk yesterday, and ate good food all day. Well, after dinner I started feeling nauseous so I figured I was low on sodium, poured myself a water and added some salt. Drank a little, was still very nauseous, ended up throwing up all the food I ate for dinner. Ugh. I feel fine this morning. I'm going to be more proactive about my electrolytes with my next long walk. If there is one thing I hate it's nausea and vomiting. So so horrible.
