Hello people! It's Monday! It's Weigh In Day! Hope to see some old and new faces! Let's keep at it, only thing you can do it just keep improving.
I just got power back after Hurricane Matthew knocked my power out since Saturday morning. I think I lost weight from not having food to eat so that's cool, you bet I'm eating tonight.

Wow it looks like I'm early this week
Starting Weight: 292 lbs
Last week: 286 lbs
This week: 284.5 lbs
Goal weight: 220 lbs for now
Alright so I'm heading a better direction now again. I was more active this week so I'm hoping to keep at it and move so more. Eating wise I could do better. Lately I find myself stuffing my face randomly throughout the day. Gotta stop that. Overall this week has been better for me. Hope everybody is okay after Matthew hit.

I think I lost most of my weight worrying about my brother who was in Orlando during Matthew, but luckily he made it through fine and we just got some rain here in upstate SC.

This Week: 333.8 lbs (-4.4 lbs)
Starting GFB weight: 359.4
Total lost with Team GFB: 25.6 lbs
Goal weight: 300 (for now)
Finally losing some decent weight again, though I'm sure doing a lot of outdoor work for several days didn't hurt. Hopefully I can keep it up with the cooler fall weather coming on now.1
