What are your favourite keto/Lc dishes for turkey. I also have a huge bag of spinach if anyone has any great ideas for that otherwise a salad!

    Turkey taco salad... use 1/2 fresh spinach, 1/2 lettuce, mix turkey with s/f taco seasoning slightly moistened with equal parts salsa & mayo, your favorite kind of olive (green are lower carbs), a bit of green onion, bits of red pepper, top with homemade guacamole and shredded cheese.
    Chicharonnes for chips if you must.

    About that spinach. I know you said besides salad but but but...spinach salad with homemade hot bacon dressing, bacon and sliced boiled eggs.

    Turkey curry? Turkey enchiladas with or w/o the tortilla?
