Hi Team Black,
I am so excited to be your coach for the Fall 2016 WLC!!! This is such a great tool to use not only to log your food but also for us to communicate as a team! As Emily stated please feel free to post any questions or any information that you would like to share on this discussion board. Also make sure you read over the email I sent out and look over the information Emily has put together for you. These are some great tips/guidelines to get you started so that you can all be successful throughout this challenge! Be ready to have some fun over these next 6 weeks....LETS DO THIS TEAM BLACK!!!
