How often (or not) should we weigh ourselves to track our weight in MyFitnessPal?

If you would like to weigh yourself to track your progress (which is optional) I recommend no more than once a week. If you have a scale at home make sure you weigh in first thing in the morning right when you wake up before eating anything.3
