My husband studies this. Great article, thanks. Guess I best keto on, my 17 yr old son told me yesterday that I can live with him when I'm old "and decrepit", unless I "go crazy".

Kind of scary to think I could be one of the 106 million with Alzheimer's in the year 2050...at age 96. Eek! Good article. Seems we are on the road to clarity if we stick with it.1
