Am I doing something wrong here or am I just impatient?

I've been following Keto for about a year and have successfully lost 61lbs by diet alone but lately the past 2 weeks or so I've been bouncing around the same 1-3lbs every day. I've been trying intermittent fasting 20/4 since the end of Sept which helped me break out of the 250s but now it's stopped again. I DO expect a variance every day depending on what I've eaten but I can't seem to break through and lose at least 1-2lbs by the end of the week. I'm assuming my weight is up 1lb today from the wings I ate last night :)

Okay, so my setup is 1400 calories/20g net carbs/117g of fat/70g of protein (MFP won't let me adjust it to EXACTLY what the calculator has). Does that sound about right? I've tried a couple different calculators, this one is telling me to UP my calories to 1700:

http://shecallsmehobbit.com/2016/04/hitting-my-macros-deja-vu-yeh-updated-with-calculator/

Daily Calories 1755
Protein (GOAL) 90g
FAT (Limit, NOT A GOAL) 155g
20g TOTAL CARBS during induction

Before that I was using the regular keto calculator:
http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

1400 kcal Daily Calorie Intake
20 g Carbs (6%, 80 kcal)
90 g Protein (26%, 360 kcal)
107 g Fat (68%, 960 kcal)

Am I missing anything, or doing something wrong here? Or should I just keep calm and keto on..?

I know that about every 20 lbs or so I adjust my macros using the keto calculator on the launch pad. But beyond that, GREAT JOB!! and I would say that you can expect things to level out over time. There are several people here that will tell your their weight stays about the same but they continue to lose inches and wear smaller clothes. I say Keto On!

You've lost 61 lbs in approximately a year. That is a little over a pound a week, which is a great rate because if you lose faster, it is harder to keep off. You are doing it in a safe manner and you reversed your pre-Diabetes.

Weight loss is not linear - you can bounce around for a bit and then your body will let go of the fat. You are doing nothing wrong.

If IF works for you - that's great. That means you get to eat more wings at dinner (don't get me started on my wing envy LOL).

If 1400 calories is keeping you satiated, then you don't need to up the calories.

If you go over that sometimes, that's fine too. You will have under days as well.

Be patient. You are doing fantastic!

You're probably just experiencing some skin and connective tissue maintenance.
Keep doing what has been working. There's no reason to think it would suddenly stop working.
Why would chicken wings cause the weight gain? There's no reason to suspect eating a good low carb dinner caused you weight gain. Except maybe you need to poop. Lol
Don't stress it. It'll happen as long as you stay consistent with what you've been doing.
I haven't lost a single pound in a year but I'm a full size smaller. As a matter of fact, I'm up over 5 pounds right now that I suspect is at least in part from overeating lately, but I'm still wearing my same jeans with no hint of fitting tighter.
I haven't been doing things the same as I was before and am working on just getting back to that, because even though I stopped losing scale weight a long time ago, the fat is still going.
You will see the scale down again. Just wait out this adjustment your body is making. Keep doing what you know has been working.

Thanks all, I guess I'm just being impatient. 1400 cals is good enough for me on a normal day to day basis so I'll stick with that and have my occasional treat where I go over. I did buy a cloth measuring tape so I'll try taking my measurements every week. It's a bit discouraging that I lost so much in the beginning few months and it slowed down. I mean I know it's normal for it to slow down, but it's discouraging nonetheless... lol.

I know what you mean. I hit a sudden and practically complete stop about 4 months in and I wanted to lose about 15 more pounds. Being close to goal I really felt like it just wasn't going to happen. I was sure I had made as much progress as possible for my body without starting a good consistent exercise habit, which I totally stink at!
I was very surprised that I continued losing fat and that my body kept getting very noticeably smaller even with the scale going up and staying up.
I have a long time of this going on under my belt but I still have to work at staying out of my head about it sometimes. It really is hard to keep perspective sometimes.
    Hang in there!

You can certainly hit stalls -- it is mentally hard. Sometimes people will combine either cutting dairy or intermittent fasting if they want to jumpstart their weight loss again.

Increasing activity is great as well as tracking your carbs closely.

@Sarahb29 It could be your body self correcting. Or it could it be the sugar alcohols you mentioned using in another thread/post?

Just a thought. I have no idea or your usage nor do know if they might be effecting your personal weight loss. Just a thought.

Congrats on those 61 pounds gone!
