So I mentioned the other day I would post Pumpkin Muffins.....I misspoke. It's the Pumpkin French Toast recipe I had in my head. Muffins....French Toast....it's all good right?? :-)
I also posted a recipe for Sun Dried Tomato & Feta Meatballs. I haven't made either of these recipes but plan to make them this weekend....along with the crock pot pizza casserole recipe! They all sound yummy! I can't wait to try them.
I DO find myself cooking more. But I enjoy it and thus far, it's all tasted great.
Lunch today is browned ground beef with taco seasoning, mozzarella cheese and sour cream. What's in your lunch box today?
