So I guess Atkins now has teamed up with Chef'd to deliver ingredients and recipes to your home (which I think is a cool idea), each meal being 6-10 net carbs. Ppl on their ad are saying Homechef has a low carb menu and costs half as much (problem is their meals are 25-35 carbs! That's my whole day's worth!). Is there a Keto home delivery meal service anyone has tried? Or have you tried either of these? I know it's more expensive than shopping and cooking, still at $20 for two dinners, I'd be willing to try it if only to be exposed to new recipes I'd never try. But not at 35 carbs! There's a service called Plated, too, but it's not low carb at all.

I did this before for non-Keto, through Blue Apron. Anyways, I found it overwhelming and I ended up wasting food. And my kid didn't like it. We tend to do better in this house with a rotation of the same meals.
I will say, however, if I was in a better state of mind than I was at the time I would have liked it better. Generally the food through those services is very good, and I did like that it sort of put you on autopilot with not having to plan out dinner a few nights a week. It did get us to try some things we hadn't before, and there were some recipes that I re-created because I liked them so much.
Pros: good food usually, keeps things interesting, cuts down on meal planning and shopping trips.
Cons: expensive, can be overwhelming if you are very busy or not used to cooking, maybe there are foods you just don't like.1
