Favourite Smoothies! :)

Through good old trial and error, I've created a few healthy smoothie recipes that I'd really like to share, and if anybody else has any awesome suggestions, please, do tell!

All you need to do with these recipes is chuck them in a blender!

1. Apple and Oats Smoothie:
-1 cup almond milk
-1/4 cup rolled oats
-1 red apple, sliced
-1 green apple, sliced
-1 tbs honey

2. Banana Brits Smoothie
-1 banana
-1 Weet Bix, Vita Brits or similar breakfast biscuit
-1 cup almond milk
-1/2 tbs chia seeds
-1 tbs honey
-1 tbs cinnamon
-1/2 tbs almond meal

3. Strawberry and Yogurt Twister
-125g strawberries, hulled and halved
-1/4 cup greek yogurt
-1 Kellogg's K-Time Twist Strawberry and Yogurt bar (or similar)
-1 cup almond milk
-1/2 tbs chia seeds

4. Tropical Smoothie
-75g mango
-60mL light coconut milk
-1/4 cup greek yogurt
-75g pineapple pieces

I love smoothies and try new creations all the time, so hopefully I'll add more as I perfect them. :)
