4 months on keto, here's my numbers.

My company did biometric screenings today, so have some lab numbers to toss out.
2015 weight= 266. 2016 weight= 236
2015 B/P = 128/84. 2016=108/67
2015 cholesterol = 208. 2016= 177
2015 HDL = 30. 2016 = 25.
2015 Non fasting glucose = 106. 2016=83

Basically every metric is great, better than last time, except HDL. My HDL has always been very low though. My entire life, even in the Army while super healthy I've been told my HDL is very low, so I'm not really worried. 4 months of meat, cheese and eggs have given me better blood work. Science.

Big congrats! If you want to increase your HDL I've heard Avocados and olive oil will give you a boost. Real olive oil though, the good stuff :)

From what I've read about cholesterol, what we eat has a very tiny impact on the cholesterol in our bodies. If eggs and meat do not increase our bad cholesterol, will other foods really increase the good? Serious question.
