Mini weight challenge

3 sets of 10 each using 3-8 pound weights (more weight can be used if you're used to lifting weights)

Chest flys
Tricep extensions
Arm rows (3 sets per arm)
bicep curls (3 sets per arm)
shoulder press

Post done and date when finished.
