Got the yoga done. Could not skip it again even though had to stay even later tonight at work. Been drinking water throughout the day again.

Good job making yourself do it. I'd have caved and skipped. I've been weak in the motivation dept lately though.

Diary was atrocious today and failed to get in enough water. Did get in a little yoga though.

Getting my water and protein done every day so far. Not really doing much with exercise except hiking every other day when my dog makes me feel guilty begging for walks - I'm truly terrible in the winter. Hibernation mode. Ready to start back up when the challenge begins. It will force me back into action. ;)

@kimmy5280 I just saw something on tv the other day about yoga on the rocks. I would love to try it. Thanks for your encouragement.

@lbenson2006 GoT is Game of Thrones. I believe it is a show on HBO, The BF owns all of the DVD's for them. So we started watching them. So addicting.

My food was atrocious yesterday, and hasn't started off that well today either. Hopefully, I will be back on track tonight. Went walking at lunch again today. Pretty sure there will be no gym tonight. Might try to do some yoga tonight. Planning a weekend getaway, so have to have everything ready tonight.

2 of 4 days getting within 5% of macros. Yoga done on 5 days so far. Water is 3 of 4 days so far. Other than that, I'm sorry I'm not getting in here and following up with you guys more often. I have been ridiculously stressed. I am getting in here and keeping up on reading everything but having troubles doing much commenting. Will have to nip that in the bud and get back at it with the new race starting Monday. Happy Friday!!

Well I didn't do the yoga, but I did 10000 more steps than my goal yesterday, and did do some stretching. So I am calling that a win. :)

@lbenson2006 It looks like I will be leaving team 2 beat for the next challenge to be the leader of team 6. Wish me luck! do you have any tips for me? I will miss you guys, and try to stop in and say hi.

That's kinda sad to lose someone who really contributes to the team, but we will endeavor to persevere without you. Have fun over there! :)

Great job to those of you keeping up with the challenges. I've continued to eat well and exercise but I just can't bring myself to do the challenges. I've learned that I do need that accountability or extra push :(

I'm headed out of town this afternoon and will be starting the first leg of the race away from home. I know I can get in the exercise and we'll see about the healthy eating. I'm going to do my best.

@jdelaroy You will be missed. I've appreciated you and your contribution. You will be a terrific team leader and provide some steep competition.

@jdelaroy - we will miss you but I'm sure you are going to love being a team captain and do great at it. The biggest thing is just keep the talking up as much as you can. It seems the more supportive it feels the more you come together. The one new thing I'm going to try this year is to emphasize how important it is to keep the spreadsheet updated or post in the thread or at a minimum message me that you are still in it. I am also planning on setting a deadline for if I don't hear from a member by a certain time that they will be assumed MIA so that we can get a replacement. The competition is so fierce a team cannot afford to be down a member. That was the hardest part last time was knowing whether or not to mark a missing member as an MIA. It's important for everyone to know that we understand life happens sometimes and we may have to rely on other team members to help each other out sometimes but it's crucial to know if someone still intends to be in the race or if they are quitting. (Hope that doesn't sound harsh but that was the hardest call for me to make last go round and I did end up marking someone as an MIA that still wanted to be involved so I want to make my expectations known right away.)

Oh, and I'm going to have to try to pay very careful attention to the rules each week so that I can help steer the team when there are certain requirements for meeting a challenge. I have a feeling mission enforcer is going to be a stickler. (But that's a good thing.) Lol

Well, it has been a crazy weekend!! My parents were coming up for a bit yesterday so I had to clean house a little then run to get food. After they left, I had to log in and do some work from home. Had to do that today too. All the while, I am trying to watch one of our dogs closely because he might be going through some back issues. Just had to take him to the vet (thank goodness our local vet is so great and would meet me up there) to see what we could do or if we'd need to take him to the emergency vet. He's trying some extra medicine and we are to keep him as immobile as possible. Then tomorrow morning I have to drop him off before I go to work. I don't see how I'll be able to get my morning workout in so will have to go over lunchtime. Life....ughh!! :#

Thanks for the advice. I had a great weekend away. I didn't count calories, did some walking, most of all had a good time with my wonderful guy.

Team 2 members , hello to you all. Want to introduce myself to new members and I hope to hear from you as well. I am a 54 year old RN , married, 2 grown children living on their own. Our first grandson is 15 months old and we care for him on many of my days off like today.
I like to get the challenges done ASAP so I don't miss out on completing them in case the busyness of life gets in the way at the end of the week. The challenge points are very important for the team. I had an orange this a.m for breakfast, and exercised to all the videos per instructions. Don't skip the optional one- my favorite of the bunch!

Kim, I just realized, I think k your posts are in the old team 2 thread. I'm getting so confused because I have them both starred. Please copy and paste both messages to the new team thread. Thanks!!
