    On Saturday i went for a short bike ride/hike with my sister and a friend and realized just how out of shape i was when after only 15 minutes i was breathing so heavy i had to stop. Now i just have to find the motivation to start doing the Daily Burn which i am planning on signing up for today when i get home from work!

    @jetenold That's actually really good because now you have a reference point! Move a little more each day and try to include that same trail (or similar) at least once a week. You'll be surprised and impressed with how quickly you see progress! You can do this!
