Sorry folks! I was out state this week with very limited wi-fi access. How did u do? Even if u indulged, Were u more aware of what u ate n portion size? Thats a sign that ur changes r becoming habits! Do what u gotta do to get thru Thanksgiving weekend. Then back on track for week 8! U got this!
Remember that u cant outrun a poor diet. Exercise is necessary but what u eat has more impact on ur weight and ur health in general.
