Remember that u cant outrun a poor diet. Exercise is necessary but what u eat has more impact on ur weight and ur health in general.

    We're half way thru the challenge! Can u believe it?! R u sticking to ur plan? If not, y not? Is it too strict or nit strict enuf? Whats ur activity level? R ur clothes fitting better? Do u have more energy?

    I am finally ready to start tracking and exercising. i am about to go swimming now.
    this week i will track my food, swim at least 3 days this week and check in to MFP.
