Please provide suggestions here.

Some ideas I already have include flossing,10,000 steps/day, meditating, stretching, getting in half an hour of dedicated exercise everyday, yoga, straightening up home (putting stuff from the day, away), reading, learning a new language, writing/drawing/painting/playing an instrument.


I'm also thinking about having a focus on breaking bad habits. Smoking, alcohol, drugs, caffeine, sugar, sitting, procrastination, gossiping, etc.
