One month down!

So it's been a month doing low carb. I'm down around 19 lbs but I'm down 24 inches! I might have lost more but I didn't start measuring til about a week after I started. I'm so excited by how much better I look and feel. Can't wait to keep going.

Wow 24 inches! Are you exercising at all or is it all from diet? Congrats! I keep worrying about the scale, it's driving me a little crazy so it's nice to hear people are losing more inches than lbs.

I try to do yoga or walk for at least 30 minutes everyday but it's mostly just from the diet. My scale weight has been staying pretty much level the past week or two but the inches keep coming off. Yeah 24 is the total from adding all the areas of that I measured, 6.5 from my waist and 7.25 from my hips gone!

That's what I'm talkin about! You go girl!

It's great that you measured! The numbers on the tape can be much more motivational than the lying scale! Congratulations! That's awesome results so far!!
