Heading to Red sLobster tonight for dinner, saving calories but still nervous

I planned out my day so I have a bunch of small yet filling foods through the whole day until dinner. I'm getting the endless shrimp with water and half a biscuit. Luckily I've reserved enough calorie room to have four shrimp dishes, but I'm nervous I'll keep going. I already noticed the last days I binged overboard last week really affected my performance and didn't support the habits I'm trying to gain. I need a little support!

I would just say to perhaps set a timer or something to allow you to take a good stock between dishes ... Or agreeing with yourself to drink a glass of water 30 minutes before? Too much with dinner isn't a good idea. Do you get a salad by chance as the starter? Anything you can do to give yourself the best time/motivation for perspective. Maybe a little picture or small reading you can put on your phone to read between "courses?"
