Hey Team!
Hoping everyone has started off strong with the WLC and you are making good decisions
Just a few reminders:
- Make sure you have added myself and Emily as friends on Myfitnesspal if you would like us to look over your food logs
- If you are logging your food, make sure you have your profile set to 'public' or 'friends only' and NOT 'private' so that we can see your entries
- Feel free to ask any questions or post any recipe ideas/informational articles to share on this discussion board!
