newbie

I am new with the Keto diet.....I am on day 4 and lost 1lb....the catch? I am conflicted because I don't know which information to follow.. I am attempting to do the 7 day IF keto, which is fine, but I find myself very hungry throughout the day. And then there's the eat as much Healthy Fats with protein, which I am afraid of gaining weight. Any ideas or suggestions.
