Use the next 30 days to improve your posture. Find something you do very regularly (checking the time, looking at your phone, adjusting your glasses, etc) and every time you notice yourself doing this, take stock of your posture and correct it. Aim for a neutral spine with abs in, chest out, head forward, shoulders down. By the end of the 30 days you should be correcting your posture everytime you check the time or adjust or glasses, without even thinking about it!
