Strength training when starting LCHF

Did anyone experience a loss in strength starting a keto/LCHF diet? If so, how long before you adjusted and got your strength back? My usual weights feel like they weigh 100 lbs. I'm on week 2 and haven't been super strick with restricting carbs but stayed around 40 net carbs on average. I expected a little strength loss so I'm not too concerned yet, just hoping it comes back soon.

I noticed that my lifts decreased for about a week but after that they came right back. I have also made PRs in almost all of my lifts while doing keto, so the elimination (or reduction) of carbs has not affected me beyond that first week. BTW, I am currently restricting to 30 net carbs.

Keep up with your electrolytes, deload for a bit, take it slow, and then resume your regular weights when your body has learned to use the fat as fuel. Took me about four weeks. But it will vary with everyone.
