I am trying to get back on track and need to start moving more. I usually due fast over night and have my BPC in am and then eat lunch around 2-3pm and have dinner about 7pm. I was wondering when the best time to exercise is?

FWIW, the best time to get your exercise in is when you feel the most alive, the strongest, most energetic. Generally the only 'don't' is to exercise too close to bed time, because it energizes you, and we all need our sleep. I used to find a huge difference in my exercise output and heartrate and perceived level of exertion from morning (when I am a dead slug) to late afternoon or early evening when I can work harder and longer at a lower pulse rate.0

Whenever you WILL exercise.
I usually exercise in the morning before coffee...before lunch (after morning coffee)...and then again either before or after dinner (but after eating lunch) - sometimes both...it really just depends on when you can best fit it into your schedule...0 -
I agree that it's whenever you can/will do it, but I think you're asking according to whether it matters or not to exercise fasted?
Fasted exercise will burn more body fat that non fasted, so if you can and will go in the morning while you're fasted, I'd do it then.
That's when I've been going. I am pretty much in the same eating schedule as you. I go to the gym 3 times a week sometime before 11. Time varies with mine and my gym partners schedules, so if I have to go at night because of a conflict, then I just do. No biggie.0 -
I agree whenever you can I execerise first thing in the am because its the only ME time I have before I need to get kids ready and go to work.0
