Vitamins???

So now that I'm maintaining and still logging and still working to get all the nutrients I need in - I am still coming up short on my potassium, vitamins, calcium and iron. Should I add a vitamin supplement? Any suggestions? Obviously I want to get as much through my food as possible, but when I look at my weekly averages they are still low.

    I take vitamins. I don't get enough iron and calcium on my own, especially the older I get.
