I found a website that sells keto bars and shakes - for about 2 net g carbs. They have mixed reviews and I'm wondering what your thoughts are on them or experiences.

Also if anyone has any helpful keto sites for recipes, etc, please share with me!

    I tried a quest choco brownie bar bcuz reviews were good but it was nasty. I find recipes on ruled.me. I made the choco chiip cookie recipe but it didnt turn out very good. Tonight, I am making pumpkin bread w/almond and coconut flour. I will let u kno how it turns out.
