I made it back! I'm a little nervous to get on the scale. I got the groceries so we are pretty healthy. Portion control was a little out of control and lots of sitting in my stand and not getting much exercise. I'm excited to be back at it now tho! I ready everyone's posts and am super motivated to get back after it! Keep up the good work everyone!

Good to have you home! I missed you. Breakfast 2 eggs. Dinner chicken salad and 2 pickles. Supper smart ones TV dinner. 1 caramel. 1/2 Apple. Walked 10000 steps. Water 72 oz. yup I am a peeing fool.0

Phreak fast- lean cuisine. Dinner- lean cuisine. Supper- baked chicken thigh and 1 cup raspberries and 6 oz 1% milk. Snack was 2 ritz crackers with cream cheese and jalapeño jelly. Walked 10200 steps. Water 56 oz. made sugar cookies and did NOT eat any.1

I walked around the European Pheasant Hunt course with Randy. I'm guessing 30 minutes.

Great job ladies. I ate good yesterday but had 4 beers which blew my calories out of the water. I think I'm going to cut alcohol out all together for a while. Till I drop a few pounds anyway.0
